Retaking a completed course

Is there a way to locate and retake a course as a means of preparing for a certification such as the CSA exam? When I search for courses, I do not seem to see any of the courses that I've completed other than showing as badges, etc. Thanks!

If you request for a course to be manually reset, it will not affect your completion status, badge, or voucher - correct? I have successfully completed it and want to run back through it only as a means to prepare for the CSA exam. If it will impact my Voucher, in any way, I would not want to reset it.

 

Please advise if you know.

Best way to be sure, is creating a personal Now Learning case.

You can retake any completed course using the Review button. The only instance where the result may be affected is an assessment simulator as you are warned that your score will be deleted. However, in practice I have done this, and the badge for the course was not removed or changed. For mainline certifications, these are driven by a Kryterion exam, so nothing changes in NowLearning.

Hi, I have previously taken and completed the "ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand" course but did not take the exam. I now want to re-take this course as a refresher but after looking up this course and clicking into it in Now Learning, it asks me to Pay for the course again. I recalled a few days ago I could still see the 'Revise' button but now I can't find it. Please advise what I should do?
