Hello!
I am actively applying to Sales and Customer Support Roles at ServiceNow. I’m confident I have the professional acumen required to succeed in many of these roles, just focused now on building the platform depth to back it up. I came across the below link which i found helpful, but it seems that my company must first hold partner status with ServiceNow before I can access the learning material.
Is there any avenue for independent learners such as myself who are looking to strengthen their applications via platform certificates? I have already obtained the "Welcome to ServiceNow" badge, what other badges/certificates would you recommend I look into?

As mentioned in the Role Summary there - the only Sales accreditation that I could fins was the path I listed in my post. You can find list of all Accreditations offered by ServiceNow currently here.

I don’t think you need a partner account for this. Currently, all on-demand courses on Now Learning are free with your individual account.
ServiceNow offers multiple learning journeys such as:
-
Admin
-
Developer
-
Business Analyst (BA)
-
Product Owner (PO)
-
Technical Project Manager (TPM)
-
Change Implementation
You can explore these journeys on the Now Learning site and choose the one that aligns with your interests. A "journey" is essentially a bundle or collection of multiple courses designed to build expertise across different areas.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG , I understand what a Journey is, thank you. The Journey/path I am looking for is listed in the link I shared in my original post. You will see a drop down option for Associate Sales Representative that provides the below summary. You will see it shows a "Partner Journey" which leads me to believe the only way i can access such material would be with Partner Status. I have tried reaching out to several recruiters and engagement managers at ServiceNow but unfortunately have not heard back.

Hi @andrewdagnino So as a last option, it's better to log a Now Learning support case and ask the team to confirm whether you need partner access for this or not.
