I am preparing for the CSA and CAD. I feel that the now learning path is so theoretical even though labs are not sufficient.

1. Is there a way so that I can  Project Based Learning in service now.?

2. Is there any material or resource for preparing for the exam?

3. Where can I find the previous CSA and CAD question papers ? (please provide links)

Thanks in Advance

Hi @venkatsai464 ,

The learning material provided by ServiceNow trough NowLearning is sufficient for passing CAD/CSA. You don't need any other materials which also can blur the right answers.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.

Best regards

Anders

Hi @venkatsai464 ,

I'm not sure what you refer to according to "Project based learning process". Nothing the less, read the material 2-3 times if not clear the first time. I would never advise to utilize other material than the things ServiceNow themselves provide.

Hi @venkatsai464 - I'm in full agreement with @AndersBGS. However, you may find it useful to review sample test questions, for example, from Udemy, to give you a sense of what to expect in the exam.

Never assume the answers to these sample test questions are 100% correct. They are not official. However, as mentioned, they may help you feel more confident and prepared for what to expect in the exams.

And, by the way, it's not possible to access 'past test papers' as such.

Best of luck!

Thank you for your time. I am just thinking that "these bits are not sufficient for the exam so I need a solid external source to crack the exam". Is there a way so that I can use Project Based Learning process in service now? Those labs that are provided by service now are not making things clear
