Seeking Hands-On Practice Resources for Associate System Administrator Course

Hello everyone,

I'm excited to begin my journey with the ServiceNow platform through my first course at ServiceNow University: Associate System Administrator. As I dive into the fundamentals, I'm looking for additional hands-on practice exercises that can reinforce my learning from the very beginning.

Are there any recommended resources?

Hope you have a great time learning and exploring the platform.

I’d recommend continuing with the ServiceNow Learning courses and referring to the e-book provided, they give a solid foundation.

Next, make sure you have your own Personal Developer Instance (PDI) and spend time experimenting with configurations, forms, tables, and Flow Designer to strengthen your hands-on skills.

Also, check out YouTube — there are several great instructors out there, like @Dr Atul G- LNG

Being a ServiceNow trainer I am happy to share my thoughts.

currently you are in process of completing the CSA joinery which means your need to spend more time on OOTb stuff. For that I can best place is this,yes community.

spend at least 2-3hrs daily on community, follow the questions of other and try to check the answers too , make your notes and then after 3-4days start answering the questions as well. Don’t chase for acceptance, work only for learning
