when i was doing task 2 in service now micro certification after the task i verified it it was shown the error and unfortunately i deleted the incidents , after that i went back and i done the same task it was showing like this after the run.

Hi @nagasandeeb 

Nothing to worry, if there is no record then this will show. and try to validate now and if still failing, release this lab instance and take a new one, and then do this step. I think you are on just on lab exercise 2/3 max. so take a new lab instance ( you may need to do previous steps once again).
