Hello, ServiceNow Community:

I am currently working in a service management capacity, and I am interested in getting some ServiceNow admin and certification experience under my belt.

Would there be a particular suggested path and what would the costs be?

Would anyone like to share their experience with obtaining certification, the best ways that they practiced their skills, good resources to study, etc.?

@CSUCI-AH I recommend you to enroll on Now learning and explore System Administrator journey https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/journey-overview?id=journey_overview&journey_id=55f7.... This journey has different courses associated with it, these courses will not only help you gain in-depth knowledge of System Administration on ServiceNow but also provide helpful tips on clearing the system administrator certification.

Total cost of certification is $600($300 for now learning course and $300 for exam) + Taxes. However, you may get some discounts if you are associated with a ServiceNow partner company.

2. CSA certification: 

   complete the below course:

  you have to pay 300 USD for course and 300 USD for voucher.

3.  CAD certification:
