ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course on demand - stuck on 84% and no clue about simulator

Hello,
I am having a nightmare experience with my ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course on demand.
I requested the simulator instance and I did some of the exercises, but whatever I do is not reflected in any place. I remember old on demand courses have a list of tasks, and then they were marked as completed, but now there is no such thing, neither tasks on the simulator nor Learning page. The self-service support in the bottom right button says there is a "Validate" button "which is located on the simulator page in the main header banner", but no such thing either.
I finished everything, I continue in the course, but in the last page an error page is shown: "The content of this page could not be loaded", it forces me to "Go Home" (everything goes blurry and not accessible) and it doesn't let me go back to other subjects or previous videos. Sometimes I've be able to change it, but it doesn't matter as the progress is stuck in 84%: "ON-DEMAND COURSE 84% 6 hours 16 minutes Completed"
I am totally confused and disoriented. Simulator will shut down in some days, I finished everything but it just displays 84%, now I cannot even recheck the videos, and no voucher at all as apparently I didn't finish the course.
What can I do?

I am having the same exact issue at 85 percent. Today I noticed two sessions were open which I had already taken, which SNow sent out an email saying there would be a fix on Friday, but it seems like I am still running into the same issue as you are still.

I have same situation. Mine is stuk at 89%. I created case, but I am not getting any support. My situation is even more ridiculous. I have CSA certificate already, did delta for Tokyo, but in order sign up for different exam I am forced to complete Fundamentals again, but event this I can't do!!! Huge disappointment.
