I am working on Lab 1.1 for ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand Course and not sure what I am doing wrong. I have followed the following steps:
How to order an Infinity through the Service Catalog
Follow these steps to receive your very own Infinity:
- Log into the Cloud Dimensions ServiceNow instance
- Navigate to Self-Service > Service Catalog
- Click on the Hardware category
- Scroll until you see Infinity listed, then click on the title
- Fill out the form: pick the color of Infinity you want to have – memory must be the default 256GB for this testing period
- Click Order Now or add the item to your cart if you plan to request additional items in the Service Catalog
But There is no "Infinity" listed in my Requested Instance? Not sure what to do.

Hello Matt,
If I remember correctly , we need to create a catalog item by our own before heading to requesting a catalog item - Infinity - Hardware
Might be you created in Demo Learning Instance and checking in PDI instance. or vice versa
Thanks

Hi @markmatthew
Looks like the lab instance is not fully loaded and due to this the demo data is not available which is causing the issue.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

When something happens to my instance during onDemand course, I usually just terminate the current instance and request a new instance and start over again. Since you're still on Lab 1.1, there's not much to lose.
Be sure to wait until the instance is fully up before starting. I've found that the instance windows comes up before the data is fully loaded. If I change something before it's fully loaded, the instance may not work properly. In this case, I just terminate and request a new instance.
