Sys Admin training On Demand Lesson, doesn't mark as completed

Hello, I'm working through the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand course.  

 

In Module 4: Manage Data, I have completed the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Lesson, however it does not mark as "Completed".  This is preventing me from receiving a 100% complete for the course.

 

How can I correct this issue?

Hello,

This does happen from time to time in courses, I recommend to submit a case the help center to have the issue resolved.  Alternatively you may try to complete it again and see if does work.

This does happen often, I normally try to re-do the module in question and if still fails then I recommend to open a case in the help center.
