ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand Lab 1.3 : Real-World Assignment Group

Reading the OnDemand ServiceNow System Administration e-book  its 

states 

1. Open the HR System group record 

I am meant to create rather than "open" as i can't find a HR System group record or a few steps later 

a HR Systems Support group record ?! And these groups are not mentioned in the steps1.1 and 1.2.

Hi Dan, i encounter this problem right now. are you able to locate it? I don't see any "HR system" group records and now im stuck
