I trying to go through this course and so far everything for any requested lab, my instance has matched the expected output. However hitting lab 3.3.1. I have done everything up to the point it asks in 3..1 lab it says to create  a child service offering.

It says i should access the offerings tab , but i have NO offerings tab at all as pictured . I genuinely cant see what I'm doing wrong here or why I'm not seeing the related links?

any help thanks

Hi @andywyatt

As @Dr Atul G- LNG  has said,

  • right-click on the form header and select Configure > Related Lists.
  • Add "Service Offerings": Look for Service Offerings in the Available list, move it to the Selected bucket, and click Save

It will work.
