Hi,
Currently i have 2 now learning and webassessor accounts one with personal mail id & other with firm mail id.
With personal mail id 1 mainline cert CSA is associated and with firm account CAD is associated. Now with personal account 200 $ maintenance fee is required. To avoid this maintainence fee i need to move my CSA cert & all micro certs to Firm account. but how to move that all certs from personal id to firm account before close this delta exam window?
also if i moved all certs to firm account what will happen if i switched to other firm/company what about my all certs which are associated with firm, are they lost or how to move again to my personal id?
If anyone went through this situation? if yes how to deal with this.
Regards,
Akshay

Raise a support case on now-learning.
The certifications are never lost, they can be mapped to different accounts multiple times.
Once you raise the case, you will get assisted on this.

Hi @Akshay64 ,
You can request an email change through our self-service process. Please follow the steps below. There are a few extra steps if you are a partner, use MFA, or your email is tied to Now Support. Once you receive an email confirmation from the Partner, MFA, or Now Support teams; you can continue with your email change request.
- Go to www.servicenow.com
- Login with your first/old email <old email>
- Click the person icon on the top right corner --> Click Manage Profile
- Click on Edit Profile
- Click on the Update Email Button in the email field and follow the steps to generate a request for changing your email from <old email> to <new email>
- Please DO NOT select the account linking option
- Once the request is created, the support team will reach out to you and update your email. This process will make sure that all your existing data is transferred to your new email
Is your old email a partner email?
- If you’re an existing partner or your old account was a partner account, then you need to create a request with the Partner team to release/detach your email at partnerops@servicenow.com or Go to Partner Support Page
Is multi-factor authentication tied to your old email?
- If you have the additional email authentication tied to your old email (MFA / two-step verification) please email ssosupport@servicenow.com team to disable/turned off and grant you temporary access to your old account.
- You can also click the link below under (Contact Us) on the MFA challenge page. See the screenshot attached.
- Note: We can assist you in accessing your old account by resetting your password if needed once you received an email confirmation from the Partner and MFA team then you can continue with your email change.
Is your email tied to Now Support?
- If your email is tied to a Now Support account, you won’t be able to use the self-service form to change your email address.
- To get unblocked, please contact the Customer Admin assigned to your company on Now Support.
- Your Customer Admin will need to log in to Now Support and change your email address
- After this is completed, you will be able to use the self-service email change without seeing the error message

Hi,
I have two NOW Learning accounts. In one of them, I have cleared the CSA exam.
I merged both of my NOW Learning accounts. Will I get my CSA Certification in my current account?
Please clarify my doubt.
