ServiceNow Certified Application Developer exam

Hi everyone!

Are there anyone, who has completed this exam?

How difficult is the exam? Are there any tricky questions like in the System Administration exam?

Can I learn alone, or is the course (Application Creation in ServiceNow Training) necessary to pass the exam?

Please tell me the experience about this exam.

I've taken and passed the exam and the things that will help you would be:

1. System Administration experience or having gone through the System Admin courses

2. Understanding of creating an app in Service Now

3. Understanding of creating a scoped app in Service Now

4. Understanding of Team Development

5. Understanding of new functionality in the Fuji release

I don't really remember seeing any questions related to any specific integrations, but I didn't expect to see them as well as integrations can be fairly custom unless they are supported out-of-box integration (such as Active Directory, or SCCM), but even then, I would expect to see more of those types of questions on the implementation certification and not necessarily the developer's certification.

Integrations as a specific topic is not listed on the blueprint of the exam. The tools used for integrations (such as SOAP, REST, etc.) are on the exam, which makes more sense from a foundations point-of-view.

Did you have a specific integration that you are concerned with?

you're right. My only concern was what kind of question can be in this certification related to REST and SOAP.
