I am ITIL v3 certified. I have been using SNOW for almost 10 years but have been on the process and support side. I want to learn how to build and implement service catalogs. Suggestions where in Southern California I might be able to pay for such training.

Easiest place, in my opinion, are the developer site and the personal dev instance, and the on demand library for K19. Each of those should have labs you can walk through to increase your knowledge.

Hmm, weird. It works for me. Let me see if I can scare up some more labs for you to complete. Really, the best way to learn is by doing, and I think you can find enough material to do for free.
