There is no substitute for platform subject knowledge and hands on expertise.Ensure you are fully done with the thorough study of fundamental course modules and going through each section of the Exam blueprint.

Try simulator practice tests to validate your preparation and see where you stand and where you lack context. Go back to ServiceNow learning path to close gaps.

I have seen many people passing CSA/CAD exam in first attempt with the help of practice tests. It depends on the quality of content and correctness. Most importantly, Do not memorize answers to practice tests. That is a trap most fall into. Explanation provided with each answer does help improve your vocabulary, so I do not find practice tests as misleading or crap. Exam dumps or practice sets are not a secret to exam success BUT will check your confidence and readiness  in dealing with different types of questions. Setting a right expectation of outcome is a key here.

When you get the point where you review and stop having significant "ah-ha" moments, you're probably ready. Good luck and wish you the best !

For anyone who's looking for recent help to pass the CSA exam, I want to share a few resources that were very helpful.

1. I took the fundamentals class online for free last summer and just caught the tail end of the free voucher. As part of studying for the exam I went through every knowledge check in each module atleast twice.

2. These practice exams were helpful. Sometimes a little confusing with the broken language/translation. I went through each exam once a day for a few days before hand. -- https://www.udemy.com/course/servicenow-certified-system-administrator-practice-tests/ 

3. This source I haven't seen mentioned anywhere else but was really helpful. I read through everyone a few times before taking the exam as well. -- https://www.servicenowpreparation.com/p/servicenow-csa_11.html

All told between these three resources, I'd say less than 5 questions caught me off guard. I can't offer much more advice cause you don't know if they were correct or not anyway. So good luck studying.
