ServiceNow Fundamental on Demand and CSA exams cost

I have paid $500 for the ServiceNow fundamental on Demand course and completed it. I now have an exam voucher. But when I click on it, it shows START - pay and begin $300. Do I have to pay $800 dollars altogether for the CSA certification? Please I need some answers URGENTLY.

I'm not sure when you registered for the CSA training, but about a month ago, all trainings on Now Learning became free. You only need to pay for the certification cost, which is $300 plus taxes. If you already paid, you should get a refund of $500. However, if you haven't paid yet, the training will be free, and you'll only need to pay $300 once you complete the training.

The short answer is yes. As you paid 500USD before the on-demand training became free, and you also need to pay 300USD to utilize the voucher to take the exam an obtain the certification.

@PrinceO YES, You need to pay 300USD for claim the certification Voucher afterwords it will be used on scheduling your CSA exam. 

Tip: Connect with manager before paying, if you using servicenow portal account, then there is posibility that manager should assinged you Leaning Credits for claiming.
