Hello,
Looking for information over vouchers that used to be included with the Admin course. As of our last bootcamp the members received vouchers for the completion of this course. Now my cohort is reporting that no voucher(s) was received.  Looking for more information and dates when this changed. we may be looking for alternate courses going forward.

Thank you in advance
Matt V

ahoy @matthewavog,

there are no more vouchers after November 2025.

you can read about exam scheduling at this article I wrote the other day: [GF#2] I just scheduled my 1st exam with Pearson VUE | Here's the guide and my experience

Also, voucher when existing made you eligible, but eligible didn't mean free, it was a massive misunderstanding :(( I am explaining the legacy exam system with vouchers  here: [ServiceNow University] - Vouchers eligibility, Free Trainings, Paid Exams and Payments | FAQs KEEP IN MIND IT IS NO LONGER VALID

Everything about exams and certifications can be found here: ServiceNow Credentialing Program Guide

Or you took a training with a live instructor? If so, then you should contact the instructor to share with you how to continue..

Hey GlideFather,
Thank you for the info and the quick response. We lead a bootcamp for member transitioning to Tech and we have used the partner portal for training in ServiceNow. When the courses became free in the last cohort the members also received vouchers as usual. now I have a group of members graduating with no way to take certifications after completion. It is not the end of the world for these members, but it something to concider going forward. We didn't have them sign up for these training through the PP as we believed this was still the case.
Thanks for the info,
Matt V

Hi @matthewavog

As per the latest update from ServiceNow, and following the change in the exam vendor from Webassessor to Pearson VUE, the voucher concept is no longer valid.

This means you now have two options to book your exam:

  • Redeem your learning credits (if applicable), or
  • Pay directly using your credit/debit card through Pearson VUE.

The previous voucher scheme is no longer supported, and ServiceNow is currently not issuing or accepting exam vouchers under the new process.

Hi @matthewavog

ServiceNow no longer uses the manual voucher code system for certification exams.

The traditional exam voucher concept was eliminated when ServiceNow transitioned its exam delivery platform to Pearson VUE and centralized exam management under ServiceNow University.

Refer link for scheduling exam (Select your course) : Scheduling a Pearson VUE exam - ServiceNow University

As of late 2025, ServiceNow has replaced the Webassessor platform with  Pearson Vue and removed the traditional voucher system, rendering old or unused vouchers invalid.

Exam registration is now handled directly through Now Learning/Servicenow University, where you have to pay $300 + taxes, with exam eligibility valid for 90 days after completing training.
