ServiceNow Fundamentals Lab Instance won't wake up

Is anyone having problem with waking up instances for the labs on ServiceNow Fundamentals course?

I have the following message: Your simulator instance is hibernating. Please use the 'Wake Up' button below to wake it up. When I attempt to wake it up, I get this for a few minutes, Restarting... Please wait whilst your instance wakes up. but then it just goes back to the hibernating messages... I've tried the chatbot multiple times, and searched community boards with no luck. I am unable to continue with the ServiceNow Fundamentals course, has anyone got any ideas I could try?

I've been experiencing the same today as well.

@Mitch62 after unsuccessfully trying to wake the instance and terminate it on my own, I ended up using the Now Support chat to request a new instance which worked. Clearing my cache did not work for me.

did you lose what you had completed ?

In current scenario what I heard, if your Lab instance is reclaimed or expired the progress also goes to Zero. Also instance take 15-20 mins to wake up.
