Reset simulator

Hi,

I wanted to ask how do we reset a simulator.

I completed a simulator course in June.

I wanted to review the course and repeat the tasks so after 3months with a new instance the tasks are all marked successful. Is there a way to reset the simulator ?

Hi there,

 

Maik is correct, raise a personal case on Now Learning.

 

I know sometimes a personal case is picked-up in a few hours, sometimes after a few weeks 😞 Though its the only way. Nice thing: they can reset the simulator or any course for you, also multiple times you want/need to.
