Hi,
I'm planning to attend the CIS-EM exam but bit confused about its passing criteria. I got a minimum passing score from an external website.
Is it correct?

Hi
as you can read in the official exam blueprint at https://www.servicenow.com/content/dam/servicenow/other-documents/training/cis-event-management-blue... you have to answer 30 questions. Don't rely on pages which are not from ServiceNow itself!
Unfortunately they do not mention what the passing score is. In my CIS exams the score always was different for each CIS (between 60% and 80%)
Kind regards
Maik

Hi Saurav,
Thanks for your response.
It shows the number of questions 65 and time 90 minutes which is an old pattern.

Hi there,
ServiceNow does not publish passing criteria. So also the 70 percent mentioned by Saurav: that's just a guess. Rumours on the NOWCommunity do mention between 70 and 80 percent.
Though again, ServiceNow does not publish passing criteria.
