ServiceNow Fundamentals Lab Instance won't wake up

Is anyone having problem with waking up instances for the labs on ServiceNow Fundamentals course?

I have the following message: Your simulator instance is hibernating. Please use the 'Wake Up' button below to wake it up. When I attempt to wake it up, I get this for a few minutes, Restarting... Please wait whilst your instance wakes up. but then it just goes back to the hibernating messages... I've tried the chatbot multiple times, and searched community boards with no luck. I am unable to continue with the ServiceNow Fundamentals course, has anyone got any ideas I could try?

@adrianzabal , same here. I went ahead and had the session terminated and attempted it on another system as well. same issue. It may be something we just have to come back to after a period of time.
