Good day
I trust this question finds you all well.
What does it mean when you have logged into the NOW Learning Portal and you see the following message...
"The content is retired"? See below image
Does this mean that the course information can no longer be used?

It means this version and / or the course have been retired. You can try search for a new version of the course.

@Riana Shireen L This indicates that the course was prepared in the context of one of the previous releases of ServiceNow and with arrival of the new release steps/configuration mentioned in this course might not be relevant/applicable in the context of the latest ServiceNow release hence the course has been retired by the NowLearning team.
You should be able to find the similar course for the latest release on the NowLearning portal.
Hope this helps.

Hi, If you are in the middle of the "retired" training course and want to go to the updated version, do you start the course over completely? Or does it recognize the student was in the middle of the retired training? If it doesn't recognize, then can the student still finish the "retired" training course and get credit for completion?
