No there is no special training for Veterans. You can apply for next Gen or Rise Up program and if selected , you journey will start.

I see you are in the US, according to your profile. Definitely check out the SkillBridge transition program as per @Uncle Rob's reply.

 

I regularly see posts on LinkedIn from vets who have been through the program and their feedback is overwhelmingly positive, and the job placement success rate after the program appears to be high.
