Hello,
recently I had to migrate my ServiceNow Account from one partner to another because I started a new job as a BPC in another company. I've successfully migrated my Learning profile with my trainings, certificates and achievements. The only missing part is my eBook library. Can you advise me from your experience can it be moved from the old to the new ServiceNow ID?

No need to migrate your eBook.
You can use the same login credentials to access your eBook.
If you forgot or want to reset your login credentials you can do so via ServiceNow University / NowLearning account.
See the below instructions:
1. Once you have logged into your ServiceNow University / NowLearning account go to the Help Centre:
2. Navigate to Self-Service Options and select View More
3. Select eBook Account Recovery and complete the form
