ServiceNow's Inkling Library doesn't recognize account/pwd

I have received an email after enrolling in SNAF Course to download the E-Book from ServiceNow Inkling Library. However when I enter my "CORRECT" username and password it errors with account not found. If I select forgot password the email never hits me back. I suspect there is an issue with my account not linked to this library. Please Advise.

ahoy @shanehinds,

 

it must be some misunderstanding, the eBook was always online only, it was not possible to download it...

Also, the SNAF class comes without eBook, compared to the HRSD, see here:

Or Accessing your ServiceNow Inkling account (web browser), click forgotten password to reset access.
