ServiceNow SAM Certification Practice Tests

Hi Community,

I recently completed all pre-requisite courses required to appear for Certified ServiceNow SAM certification.

However before I take the certification exam I would like to run through some practice tests.

Does ServiceNow Learning portal offer any? I searched but could not find any hence reaching out to this wonderful community. TIA for your help.

ServiceNow doesnt provide any practice test. There are few courses in Now Learning which you can attend.

There are few quizzlets which you can practice, which I usually do before appearing for certifications.

I agree with Abira and Sanjiv that ServiceNow does not provide any practice tests for CIS-SAM. However, you can practice using the following resources, which I usually utilize before taking any exam:

1. Udemy --> Servicenow CIS - Software Asset Management - Practice Test 

2. Process Exam --> ServiceNow CIS-SAM Certification Exam Sample Questions

3. certhero --> ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ?Software Asset Management Professional Exam Practice...

Just wanted to chime in on EZ-ServiceNow's recommendations, which I really appreciate him posting links. We're always told to just follow the course materials, but that doesn't help when you need to understand how the test questions are structured.

1. The Udemy test appears to be stale and last updated in 2020, so that one might be risky to trust.

2. Process Exam looks pretty solid. I think I'm going to go with this one.

3. Certhero is frighteningly wrong on every question. I just went through the first 7 questions and revealed the answers and I thought I was losing my mind. I went through my notes and verified that my answers were right. I would avoid this one at all costs!

4. TestPrep - This one has questions and answers that don't align as closely with the terminology that ServiceNow uses, so it gets a bit confusing. Question #6 listed on the sample page is wrong and it's a very basic question, so it makes me question the integrity of their practice tests. You can set coalesce=true on multiple fields in a transform map.
