Please help, I don't know what im doing wrong. All seems okay, please see screenshot. Why is it failing?

The reason is that you are doing the lab from the workspace. To complete these labs correctly, you need to do them from the native view.

Hi @TEDNADRES ,

You are into Service Operations Workspace (SOW) so it is not working. You need to navigate to Native view and follow instructions.

Do read the lab task very carefully and then try to think what need to be done and then proceed with solution.
As stated by Nikhil & Atul do same in lab instance and you will be good with task.
