ServiceNow University Lab Instance Terminated - Request Lab Instance Disabled

Hello,
My ServiceNow University lab instance was terminated. I have 1 extension remaining and 0 instances remaining, but the Request Lab Instance button is disabled.
My task result shows Failed and I am unable to continue the lab. Please help me restore/extend my lab instance so I can complete the course.
I have attached a screenshot showing the issue.

Hello @kaviya2006k , If I remember correctly, you can request an extension for an active instance. However, since you have zero instances remaining, this option does not apply here.
You can raise a case with the Now Learning team using  the URL shared by Atul.
