ServiceNow University - My Course Status is not updating

I completed the Application Development Fundamentals on demand course, but it's only showing as 87% complete - even though all modules do show the completed check mark next to them. Any ideas on why it's not updating, or how to fix it?

Hi @cindydolan ,
If you are 100% confirmed you have completed all course task , log a case to Now learning (/ServiceNow University) with screen shot . They will help you to close it.
This has been happened to me several times for multiple courses.

This happens some time . Same issue faced by my one of colleague but he simply go through each part again means just visited and check anything is remaining in it . He already completed all part then also he once go through it and refresh the tab . His issue get resolved . I m not sure its work for you or not but you try this .

Hi @cindydolan,
It sounds like a small tracking issue in ServiceNow Now Learning, which can happen sometimes even when all modules show as completed.
A good first step is to open each module again and quickly scroll through to the end, because sometimes a knowledge check, lab activity, or feedback survey inside the module might not be fully registered as complete. Also try reopening the last lesson and clicking Mark Complete again, then refresh the page.
If everything already shows completed and the progress is still stuck at 87%, it may just be a platform syncing issue. In that case, logging out and back in or trying another browser often fixes it. Otherwise, you can raise a request with the Now Learning support team, and they can help update the course completion from their side.

It seems to be a glitch , Keep Trying if the issue still doesn't resolves you can create a case on ServiceNow University , Go to Home Page -> Help Center -> Create Case
ServiceNow Team will surely assist you
