Hello, I have an open support case (CS0612937) that has had no movement for 7 days. I would appreciate it if someone from the certification team could take a look. The only option I have is to post comments to the ticket... which isnt being looked at by anyone, so... yeah.

Continuously follow up . In Servicenow University , they generally do not respond back on weekend.
with case number , you can drop a mail to nowlearning@service-now.com
