Hi team, I noticed two small UX issues on ServiceNow University (learning.servicenow.com):
Carousel hover text overlap (Get Started page):
The hover/helper text near the carousel navigation overlaps content. The arrow icon already communicates the action.
Expected: No overlap. If tooltip is required, keep it short (e.g. 'Next/Previous') and position it so it doesn’t cover content.Announcement banner CTA renders raw URL (Career Journeys page):
One announcement shows the full URL as the visible link text (instead of a human CTA label), which looks broken and reduces readability/accessibility.
Expected: Always show a readable CTA label (e.g., “Learn more / More details”) when the title/label isn’t available.
Steps to reproduce:
Open ServiceNow University → Get Started page → hover carousel nav (Issue 1)
Click “Explore Career Journeys” → view announcement banners (Issue 2)
Environment: Chrome on macOS
Screenshots attached.

The banner URL issue should be corrected now.

Thanks Jim, confirmed on my side, the banner URL issue looks fixed now.
One small UX polish item still remains: the carousel hover/helper text overlaps the UI near the navigation arrows (not blocking, just clutter). Appreciate you taking a look.
