Servicenow voucher expiration on 30th September 2024

Hello ServiceNow Team,

I am preparing for the ServiceNow CSA exam, and while registering on Webassessor, I noticed the following message:

"Vouchers expiring between August 13, 2024, and August 27, 2024, will be extended to September 30, 2024. This extension will not be reflected in your Now Learning account."

Could you please clarify the following:

1. After September 30, 2024, will I still be able to take the exam, or does this extension period affect the ability to register for the CSA exam afterward?
2. Since the maintenance period ended on August 27, can we schedule the CSA exam at any time from August 28 onward, or are there specific dates we need to follow?

HI @NAVYASREES - your voucher now expires on Sept 30. That means you can schedule and sit the exam on any date prior to the end of this month. After Sept 30, the voucher will not work, and you will need to re-enroll in the course to receive another voucher, which will be valid for 12 months.

Check my answers to your questions highligted :

1. After September 30, 2024, will I still be able to take the exam, or does this extension period affect the ability to register for the CSA exam afterward? If you can register now for your exam for a future date using your voucher code , then yes you can take the exam post September 30, 2024. The voucher expiration means you cannot claim the voucher post September 30, 2024.
2. Since the maintenance period ended on August 27, can we schedule the CSA exam at any time from August 28 onward, or are there specific dates we need to follow?  It's on you when you want to schedule as the maintenance window is over, moreover in webassessor when you try to register for an exam you can see all the available dates to be selected.
