Hi @Adil Chaoui
My learnings
- Patience : Why, because to sit and listen carefully the videos and then make the notes need patience and I learn this here.
- Dedication - The way the video has been build or the content has been designed need dedication. To make sure all content is relevant and user is able to understand.
- Skill upgrades - There are many time, We as user think that I know all stuff in this implementation but when we do these trainings we able to see very minute things as well.
and many more. Hope this will give a good start.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

I think this is an extremely useful course to come back to again and again; there are number of key topics and insights covered throughout the different stages of implementation, all of which are worth careful consideration and mastering.
In each stage their are tools, techniques and tips to use to ensure a successful implementation strategy and delivery. It's a good place to come to as a check, just to make sure you are implementing with a sound approach. It will inspire confidence that you're on the right track.
So take the course, and review at intervals, especially prior to (or during ) an implementation.
