Compliance Workspace

Hi,

I have enrolled for GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Simulator (Xanadu). There is a task where I need to impersonate a user and enter compliance workspace but after impersonation it takes me to Process Mining Workspace and there is no option to switch to desired workspace nowhere.

Anyone faced or encountered this issue, kindly assist. Is there something I am missing on?

• Navigate to sys_home_page_destination_rule.list .
• see if there is an active rule which is redirecting user

A specific role is needed here. Please check whether the user has this role.

• sn_risk_workspace.business_op_risk_manager
• sn_risk_workspace.operational_risk_manager

Quoted from documentation: The roles for the Risk Workspace are the Operational Risk Manager and IT Risk Manager.

This means that role sn_grc_workspace.user is insufficient for accesing Risk Workspace.
