i loved and enjoyed the videos and how every Architect or member broke down each concept. Without their explanations and tips, i would have been a little confused even though the course was well structured and documented.

An important lesson that I learned from the course was "attention to detail". As successful implementation requires focusing on the details of the project and not "skipping" any area or step(s).
It was really insightful to learn about the Now Create portal, especially the Success packs with the resources available there for specific Implementation activities organized by Phases, Workstreams and Processes. Its such a blessing for someone leading implementation projects!
