Learning about the Success packs was very helpful to me.  Having best practice guides at my fingertips provides a strong starting point.  This is especially true for people like myself, who are new to implementation and can look at the Success pack frameworks for tried and true implementation processes/procedures.  Great course!

Best Learning is IF YOU FAIL TO PLAN, THEN YOU PLAN TO FAIL. 

Also, during configuration and customizations, always focus on 'SHOULD BE' in place of 'CAN WE' approach. Think beyond the immediate requirement.
