Showing changes to variables in SC Items in the Activity register

Hi, I can see the audit history for variables within service catalog items, however I want to show any changes within 'activity'.

I've tried adding all available fields within 'personalize activities' but this does not capture any changes to the variables.

 

Has anyone else managed to do this?

Nice solution, Doug! Sounds like a good share app.



Some nice enhancements could be some notifications so people with outstanding approvals or tasks get notified when the variables change.

I think we can do it some other way.


Just make audit field checked in the dictionary entry of variable changes needs to be added in the activities.And add those fields in the activities by right click on the activities.
