Simulator Completion and Pass Percentage

Hello SIM Team,

I am very disappointed with the way Simulator have been designed.

While I was working on the Tasks at one point I got the Message showing the Simulators have been completed 100% and got the link to complete the Path.

Once I completed the Path, it is showing passed percentage as only 73 percent so my result is showing failed.

This whole message of 100 percent completed has confused me thinking that any pending Task left needs not to be completed.

 We should be given complete information on what is our current pass percentage so that we don't end up taking completion percentage as pass percentage and end of loosing all our work

Is there any way I can recover my instance and please take this as an feedback

Which path are you having problem with.

I have similar problem with CMDB path but it's not the simulator but the lack of 2 micro-certification that's the problem. Simulators are micro-certifications. 

There's no micro-certification for CMDB so it's not able to get 100% complete on the path. Nevertheless, NowLearning has given me a badge stating that I've completed CMDB path even though it still doesn't show 100% complete on the path.

Can you please help me with task 13 of simulator of CMDB. I am not able to create workflow and simulaotr will expire in 3 days.
