In June 2021, ServiceNow released its first set of courses focusing on building the core skills required to become a Citizen Developer on the Now Platform or an Application Developer that supports Citizen Developers. Research has shown that system administrators managing ServiceNow instances want Citizen Developers looking to build applications to be both trained and able to prove they have the skills necessary to build those applications successfully.

After completing the Introduction to Playbooks and Process Automation Designer course, take the Citizen Developer Process Creator Micro-Certification Assessment to prove your skills and earn your badge!
A Citizen Developer Core Skills Micro-Certification Suite badge is granted when you complete both courses and pass both micro-certification assessments.

Take the Now Experience UI Builder Fundamentals course and prove your skills by passing the Application Developer User Interface Creator Micro-Certification.
