Hi All,
I have completed ServiceNow fundamental course(each and every section of the course) including the simulator task.
But the overall percentage shows as 97%, What might be the issue.
Because this is affecting the capability to claim exam voucher.
Thanks and Regards,
Adarsh

I'd also like to have access to this course. And I plan to study everything properly for a long time. Although, there is not enough time for this yet. I've started a series of articles on "Catcher in The Rye" and it takes a lot of time and attention https://edubirdie.com/examples/catcher-in-the-rye/ And although the examples have greatly simplified my task, it is still a laborious process. I hope to finish everything as soon as possible and proceed to the course that interests me.

Hi Adarsh
This is most common is common issue these days, you can create a support case if all your labs and learning activities are 100% completed.
Usually in such case they will update as completed from backend.
Navigate to your now learning portal and form there you can create a support case for such issue
Please mark my answer helpful/Correct if this helps you in anyway and answers your query.
Regards
Abhishek Pandey
