  • creating

• Tools

  • ServiceNow to different tool (LDAP, Workday, Google, you name it...)
    • ah ok you said it was with 3rd party tool

Considered the attributes I mentioned above then there might be some approaches to discuss.

Good start might be Integration Hub - search for it in Now University, Udemy and youtube. Then you can get familiar with import set tables and using REST APIs.

If you have access to Now Create, you have ample documents that explains integration concepts in detail and how you can conduct Integrations Workshop for any third party tools integration with ServiceNow

I would recommend practicing integration with any Open API or Postman with ServiceNow to practice your learnings. This is a long process to master the integrations and take your learning and practice in PDI step by step. You can also look for ServiceNow Integrations in YouTube and you have vast resources that explains the concepts thoroughly.
