Hi All,
I am doing the CSA course and when i upload some of the lab xml file in my instance, some of the files once uploaded arent previewing or commiting to the update set. I am not able to update them as well, nor skip update. Anyone has encoutered this issue? i tried deleting the file and upload it again, i tried update, skip update, accept remote update, nothing works . What is the solution? Will i be able to run the lab? Please see screenshot attached

Hi @omarabdul75
Are you uploading the correct file to the right table and using the correct user account?
If yes, and you're still facing issues, it might be a temporary instance issue. Try again the next day once your instance is fully up and running.

Hi Atul, yes i am uploading the right files, provided by the Servicenow course and training . Most the other xml files worked except 2 files that are erroring out. Some were under the same state and I was able to update and one I even requested a remote update and it ended working. So maybe i should just wait until tomorrow. Thanks for the feedback. 🙏
