SNPI LDAP Server Setup Lab Error

I am taking the ‘ServiceNow Platform Implementation On Demand’ training.
I am getting an error in setting up the LDAP server and cannot proceed.
Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Thanks for replying, I have already looked at all the links you have posted. They were posted by you for similar question elsewhere. I have completed all steps as detailed but i is giving an error of "Did you correctly enter the Server Name, Starting Search Directory, Login Distinguished Name and Attributes fields? Make sure there an no spaces between the commas in any of the fields".

If it's still not working, please log a Now Learning case via the Help Center. It seems to be an issue with the instance or the LDAP server.

could you please also share the configurations you made? Perhaps there might be something overlooked..
