please be aware that we aren't enrolled to the SNPI class, so we don't see what you can see...
To give you some meaningful advice, please share the validation error message, that could help to identify what's not right. Then also share the requirements, we can see that you created admins but it's hard to tell if it is correct or not because we have nothing to compare it with...
Generally speaking, some of the labs require impersonation - have you done it for the right person (admin, platform user, abel tuter, eric schoreder, ...) - this shall be evident from the validation rejection.
Another thing it could be copy pasting - if you have somewhere dash or typeo, it's not validated, it must be 1:1 exactly as it's validated by machine not by human...
Also, if this is not direct prerequisite for later steps and you believe you did everything correct let's not lose time and perhaps you can skip that and continue but if this will be needed for some later steps then it must be completed.
