Task Result: (Failed) Did you add Alejandro, Carla, and Hans to the group?

I've done this but the task won't validate. I must be missing a trick somewhere but can't find what. Can anyone help?

@nathanwalli Could you please confirm which role are you adding in the role related list. It should be knowledge_admin role. The task validation may fail if the correct role is not assigned to the group.

Hi - it is knowledge admin. The only concern I have I imagine is that there is three of each name in the instance already. I know there is a handbook guide for some courses.. does this on have one?

There isn't a handbook for this course however there should only be one instance of each of those names within your lab instance.

I spun up a new lab instance and can't replicate that issue in mine - if you navigate to User Administration >> Users and search for Carla for example, are there any differences in the User ID's, email address, etc?

I don't see that.. just blank apart from name. But not as a carla.humble.. I'm not sure what field I can put that in.
