SPM eBook Download to PDF to print

Hi all, I am taking the SPM Fundamentals course and have signed up (and accessed) the eBook.  I am much more successful when I can print, read and highlight study materials than reading off of a screen.  Is this possible?  I tried to download and save to pdf (to them print), but I didn't see that as an option.

Hi @afrancis 

No unfortunately that's not possible. A key function of the Inkling platform ServiceNow uses is to prevent people from downloading the content.

At least that was the premise when you had to pay for the courses. It will be interesteing to see it that changes over time now that they have made the content free. I hope so.

Ebooks are non-transferable and cannot be downloaded or printed. You need to study online or via the Bookshelf app.
