Hi ServiceNow Folks,
I want to know that if I have a certification that got expired, will I have to do the same steps as a person who is getting certified for first time or is there something else available?
If you can share the steps and cost associated for both currently in 2025, it will be a big help:
1) Someone certifying for first time and
2) Someone who got an expired certification

Hi @Chandler2 ,
If your certificatio gets expired, you will need to follow the same steps as you would follow for a new certification.
The cost for diffrent certification would vary and it will be found in the Now Learning website itself, when you enroll and buy the course/voucher.

Hi @Chandler2
To keep the certification active, everyone must take the delta exam and pay the CMP fee. If a user misses this, they will need to go through the entire process again—registering for training (which may be free or paid), completing the training and labs, and then claiming the voucher by paying the required amount.
Currently, the CSA certification costs $300 plus taxes, while the training is free of charge.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
