Suite Certification- ITSM Professional not appearing on my certifications

Dear ServiceNow community! 

Recently I’ve been pursuing the Suite Certification- ITSM Professional, I finished all the prerequisites for it and for some reason I cannot find it in my certifications neither have I received any notification relating to its completion 

 

I assume I am automatically granted the certification once I finish the prerequisites but that has not happened, I opened a case with the SNOW team and I’ve sent an email to certification@servicenow.com but to no avail, they haven’t responded 

 

I’ve attached a screenshot for everyone’s response, can you please provide me with your experiences and assistance and if anyone knows a SNOW employee that can respond to this forum question?

It seems to be a common issue. Still no response from anyone till now. Not sure what to do.
