Suspended exam

I’m reaching out because I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Certified Application Developer (CAD) exam, and I’m wondering if anyone here has gone through something similar or has any advice.

My exam was suspended ,even though I followed all behavioral and environmental requirements.I kept my exam actually on 10 th July,but the support section gave me about four reschedule saying that there are some technical issues and rescheduled it to 12 th July.Again on 12th July,I launched my exam,they said me to keep the camera view from side angle,to ensure that both keyboard and my eyes should be appear in the view,I was already told that the chord length was short I can move the cam long to make the view ,even I adjusted myself by keeping my head down for the view and visibility . I received 2–3 vague warnings about my camera position, even I got warning for hands position while selecting options 

At one point, I was redirected to support during the exam. After waiting for about 3 minutes, I was sent back into the exam session without any explanation. Since I didn’t receive any clear feedback and nothing had changed on my side, I just continued as instructed. Shortly after, the exam was suspended

I remember the pre-exam setups might be stressful and difficult that is why I prefer going to the testing centres, but back to your situation.

Please reach out to the Kryterion (company that runs the Webasseessor) and explain them your situation like you did here and try to ask them for alternative date or possibility to re-schedule.

In one site or another they should be able to help you. This is not a failure due to not being prepared but due to the technical conditions and my friend had electricity outage by the time of scheduled time and they were very great and offered alternative date.

It's made very clear to attendees before the exam that an external camera with a 2m chord is a requirement. There's a reason for that: to prevent cheating. 

It sounds like support staff worked pretty hard to help you understand this, so no sympathy from me, sorry. 

Get a suitable camera, rebook the exam, and there will be no problems.

It was almost the same length but why it's happend I don't know.And I was not able to see the booking option for the exam,how can I move from the suspension .Support section suggested me to contact the test sponsors but I don't know the way to contact the test sponsors

Hope you are well, 

I understood your concern, but when it comes to the terms and conditions while attempting any ServiceNow mainline Certificate, we should mandatorily follow the guidelines, your setup maybe right but at some point it did not meet the criteria, as per your concern, I could feel so sorry, if you have another voucher or maybe another account this time try to attempt the exam from a Test Center, that's my best suggestion, Its personally worked for me, you need not to setup the external camera, all you have to is yo need to search a Test Center which is nearby to you and schedule an exam based on your availability and attempt it.

This will be easy as compared to attempting exam offline or from home. Trust me this will workout for sure.

If it was 'almost' 2m, you should have been able to create the perfect view without any issues. Your face and keyboard would have been in the same shot.

I know it sometimes feel ridiculous, but cheating is done often. I had to prove to them once that my glasses were reflecting the aquarium that was in the room I was taking the exam, because they thought I was wearing smart glasses. That's just how it is. The rules are there for a reason and any doubt is reason for them to suspend the exam.

(and as Simon already mentioned: when I 'almost' drive within the speed limit, that ticket will be coming).
