Suspended exam

I’m reaching out because I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Certified Application Developer (CAD) exam, and I’m wondering if anyone here has gone through something similar or has any advice.

My exam was suspended ,even though I followed all behavioral and environmental requirements.I kept my exam actually on 10 th July,but the support section gave me about four reschedule saying that there are some technical issues and rescheduled it to 12 th July.Again on 12th July,I launched my exam,they said me to keep the camera view from side angle,to ensure that both keyboard and my eyes should be appear in the view,I was already told that the chord length was short I can move the cam long to make the view ,even I adjusted myself by keeping my head down for the view and visibility . I received 2–3 vague warnings about my camera position, even I got warning for hands position while selecting options 

At one point, I was redirected to support during the exam. After waiting for about 3 minutes, I was sent back into the exam session without any explanation. Since I didn’t receive any clear feedback and nothing had changed on my side, I just continued as instructed. Shortly after, the exam was suspended

I remember the pre-exam setups might be stressful and difficult that is why I prefer going to the testing centres, but back to your situation.

 

Please reach out to the Kryterion (company that runs the Webasseessor) and explain them your situation like you did here and try to ask them for alternative date or possibility to re-schedule.

In one site or another they should be able to help you. This is not a failure due to not being prepared but due to the technical conditions and my friend had electricity outage by the time of scheduled time and they were very great and offered alternative date.

Hi @SashankC ,

You can create case from University platform and wait for reply.
or 
Mail to certification@servicenow.comThey will generate new voucher. They have 3 attempts for one exam, they will give you the next voucher.

From now onwards you can prefer going to the testing center is convenient to you because setting a camera is really hectic.

I think you already got "punished", no need to make it sound like you deserved that, I had also strange experience when setting the stage with sponsors so I know it can be unpleasant...

Q: It was almost the same length but why it's happend I don't know.

I am sorry but you seem to be enjoying someone having bad time. Perhaps I am in a wrong Community but it seemed to me that this was a place to support each other, help around and learning together...

 

Yes, you can think and comment whatever you like about the situation but wouldn't it be a bit nicer to show some support? Instead of adding multiple comments how they deserved that?

 

Not sure, it is too early in my location and I need my morning coffee, let me see how I will reflect that after some caffeine in my body.

Since it is a matter of SN Exam rule violation so no one will be able to help you out. Please try to schedule your exam in any nearby center which will avoid these unnecessary issue.
